1. Are my payments secure?

Yes, all of our transactions are encrypted using industry standard equipment to ensure that only we see your private information.

2. How long until I receive my order?

Depending on the shipping method you chose, anywhere from 2 to 10 days. USPS is the safest as they limit customers to 4 lb packages, so no chance someone will drop a 70 lb package on your figurine.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Discover, and MasterCard), as well as Money Orders. Money Orders may take longer depending on the postal service.

4. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

As we are based in Georgia, Georgia residents will have to pay Sales Tax. The rest of the world...No worries.

5. What are your normal business hours?

Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

6. Do you offer gift cards?

We currently do not offer any gift cards.

7. Do you ship outside the USA?

At the present time we only ship to the USA and Canada. Hopefully, in the future we can add some other countries, but at the present our shipping costs prohibit such shipments.
